About this channel

I develop and run Zunda Flash on my own. The videos are made with a tool I wrote myself, and this page explains how that works.

How a video is made

I choose which stories to cover, and I choose how each video is published — publicly, unlisted, scheduled, or not at all. The tool does the rest: it drafts the dialogue and produces the video, with narration synthesized by VOICEVOX and illustrations taken from existing licensed images.

Where AI is used

Dialogue, titles, descriptions, English subtitles and narration are AI-generated. Story selection and the decision to publish are mine.

The characters are not real people. I do not clone any real person's voice, and I do not generate photorealistic video — the illustrations are existing licensed images.

Sources

  • NHK NEWS — the source article is linked in each video's description

What this channel does not cover

The focus is everyday news, science, consumer and game topics. Elections, religion and partisan politics are never narrated in a video, although such headlines may still appear as links in a description.

Use of the YouTube API

The tool uploads videos, sets thumbnails, uploads subtitles and posts a comment on the channel's own videos. It does not retrieve information about other channels or viewers. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
